Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order)
Each item is custom printed when you order. For this reason, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, except where required by applicable law.
Please review the product details and Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@gothpersona.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
You don’t have to ship the defective item back.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
Lost Packages & Carrier Issues
If your package has not arrived and tracking has shown no movement for 10 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, if it is determined to be lost, we will arrange a replacement.
Please report lost package concerns within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check the delivery address, household members, nearby safe locations, and neighbors, then contact the carrier. You are also welcome to email us and we will help where we can. However, we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered or for theft after delivery.
