Where is my order confirmation?
You should receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t see one, check your Spam or Promotions folder in case your email settings sent it there.
Can I amend my order?
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at hello@gothpersona.com as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
How do I know what size to buy?
Our product listings contain a handy size chart so you can decide which size works best for you.
How do I order bundles?
You can shop our curated bundle collections to receive a discount on multiple items. Make sure you select your chosen items from the bundle collection page to get the discount. It will show automatically in your cart.
How do I use discount codes?
If you have a discount code, enter it into the discount code box when prompted at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery options/costs?
We use U.S. Standard Flat Rate shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Orders over $75 ship free of charge.

Do you deliver internationally?
We only deliver to addresses in the U.S. at this time.
When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within 4-22 days of placing it. Knit items such as sweaters could take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped. Make sure you update your email settings so our emails don’t go to spam.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
What if I haven’t received my order yet?
Shipping times can vary depending on your location, and a few items such as knitwear may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Most orders arrive within 10-15 days.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days past the estimated arrival date, contact us and we’ll send a free replacement.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because all our items are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure the size & color are correct before you place your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@gothpersona.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
You don’t have to ship the defective item back.
